Ustad Saifullah Mustanir, Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Afghanistan, and several members of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Afghanistan have been detained by the security forces since the end of the month of Shaban 1445 AH.
