At regular and well-planned intervals, the Danish government presents policy initiatives aimed at demonizing Muslims as well as diverting attention from significant societal issues. Most recently, the Prime Minister has stated that a commission should be set up focusing on Muslim women. In her speech at the opening of the Danish Parliament on Tuesday 5 October, she said:

Hizb ut Tahrir holds a conference in Aarhus entitled "Social Control and Parallel Societies?" The conference will be held on Sunday 29 August and will focus on how political terms such as "social control", "parallel societies" and "ghettos" are used in a manipulative way to portray Muslims in a bad light.

Minister of Integration, Mattias Tesfaye, stated in an interview in Jyllands Posten on 22 / 1-2021 that the "second half" in the value struggle against Islam is underway! The first half, according to the Minister, was to slow down migration from Muslim countries, while the "second half" must deprive Muslims of their Islamic identity by law

Several high school headmasters expressed their position on students' performance of the Islamic prayer (salah) at their respective high schools in an article in Jyllands Posten on the 6th of December. Their position was unanimous: Muslim students may not pray in schools or be given an empty room during breaks to pray in, such as a “quiet room”, which all students can use.
