Ameer's Question & Answer: Consideration of the Hadith as An Evidence in the Shari’ah Rules

The evidence for the ‘aqidah must be definite and of unquestionable authenticity. That is why the isolated report (khabar al-ahad) is not fit to be an evidence for ‘aqidah even if it is a sound hadith (hadith Sahih) in its meaning and transmission. As for the Shari’ah rule, it suffices for its evidence to be speculative (thaanni).

Grammar/syntax scholars agreed that (An) mentioned after ‘lamma’ and before the verb is extra. So how did Ibn Al-Atheer answer? Ibn Al-Atheer responded to the grammar scholar by and said: the grammar scholars have no say in the issues of articulation eloquence, and they have no knowledge of its secrets, in terms of being scholars of grammar.

Since the six categories that were mentioned in usury were fixed names, and when paper currency took the rule of gold and silver when they were covered with gold and silver, the ruling was clear, now paper currency does not have a gold or silver cover, so does the ruling remain the same, as well as with zakat on money?
