On Monday, 13/7/2026, Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi, heading a high-level government delegation, began an official visit to Washington. This visit was not at the behest of the Iraqi government but rather in response to an invitation from US President Trump. It was not a visit for negotiation, but rather a visit by a subordinate to his master to receive orders and dictates that Washington wants and imposes on the Iraqi government. This is evident from the visit's agenda, which focused on three main topics: weapons, security, and the economy.

In the field of weapons, Washington stressed the disarmament of weapons that are from outside of the state. Al-Zaidi pledged to do so, and pointed out that after September 30th there will no longer be a justification for any weapons from outside the state to exist, and it is continuing to implement the decision to limit weapons to those in its possession, especially since this date coincides with the alleged exit of American forces. This was confirmed by US President Trump, and thus the spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Sabah Al-Numan, stated, stressing: “The end of the coalition’s mission will end, according to Baghdad’s vision, which is the justifications used by some factions to keep the weapon.”

The truth is that this file is the most complex of files, and ending it is not that simple and cannot be done with the stroke of a pen. In fact, reality may witness serious repercussions, especially since the region is still inflamed and most of these factions pledge allegiance to Iran.

As for security and the economy, these are two files that unleash Washington's complete domination over Iraq. What value does the claim of military withdrawal hold if there is a strategic security and economic partnership between the victor and the vanquished, at the request of the vanquished and disguised by deception and manipulation of language through continued cooperation in the areas of training, arming, and military advice, while maintaining the security relationship between the two countries? This is more dangerous than the military presence; it is occupation itself and the true domination of the occupier over the country!

America's saliva is still drooling for oil, whether in Iraq, the Gulf, or elsewhere. The situation in Venezuela is a case in point; this is no secret, and America has stated it repeatedly. Having already effectively controlled Iraq's resources, the signing of this agreement with Iraq will legitimize this control. This package of economic agreements, oil projects, and new pipelines is part of a broader American vision aimed at reducing Iraq's dependence on the Strait of Hormuz and linking its economy to new export networks. Furthermore, Iraqi oil revenues will be deposited in an account at the US Federal Reserve, granting Washington absolute leverage to control Iraq on both the economic and political levels.

O Muslims: This is the state of Iraq and the state of the rest of your countries since your state was destroyed and torn apart into about sixty states, ruled by treacherous agents who see no harm in enabling your enemies to seize your wealth and resources! There is no wonder in this, for they are the cancerous tumor that the kafir colonizer planted in your countries. Its treatment begins with its removal and getting rid of it; that is by working hard to resume the Islamic way of life and implement the Shariah of Allah, by establishing the state of glory; the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) that preserves your wealth and cuts off the hand of any thief who reaches for it, so respond to Allah’s call and obey His command to attain His pleasure and the happiness of both worlds.
