The Batken District Court issued an unjust ruling against six dawah carriers, foremost among them Akhonjanov Alisher Mamurovich, sentencing them to imprisonment in high-security prisons for periods ranging between 13 and 17 years. Fabricated charges of extremism were brought against them, and it was alleged that they had received an amount of 2,700 som under the pretext of financing an organization.

We see that the state security agencies in Kyrgyzstan arrest criminals who have committed various crimes, and some of them were accused of belonging to a criminal gang, while others were accused of bribery, murder, and similar charges. If they are truly involved in such crimes, then they are also considered criminals according to Islamic Shariah.

On April 5, President Sadyr Japarov announced that awareness efforts were being carried out targeting Muslim women who wear the niqab and burqa, stressing that Muslim women who wear Islamic dress should not cover their faces.
